Magnetic fishing game πŸ§²

If you have some cardboard fishes and magnets it’s easy to make this fun game that will help toddlers improve their coordination.

You’ll need:

  • Cardboard sea creatures (see here for how to make some)
  • Magnets (we used an old magnetic letter game)
  • A stick for the fishing rod
  • String
  • Sellotape and scissors

What to do:

  1. Use the sellotape to firmly attach a magnet to the back of each sea creature
  2. Tie or sellotape a magnet to a piece of string and attach this to the stick

Hints and tips:

– You could also try hide the fish under scrap bits of paper or number the fish to help with counting
